  • Is it possible to keep my luggage before check-in?
  • Luggage deposit service at our hotels is not allowed, we apologise for any inconvenience. This service is only available at our Information Center near Kyoto Station.

  • What is the check-in time? Is early check-in possible?
  • Check-in time is after 16:00. You will receive an email by the time your room is finished. Once you have received this email, please proceed to check in at anytime after 16:00.
  • What is the check-in time? Is it possible to check in late?
  • At Japaning Hotel, guests are welcome to check in at anytime after 16:00.
    Follow the instructions given in the email and complete the check-in process.
    Please contact us if you are going to check in later than midnight.
  • Is late check-out possible?
  • We do not accept late check-out.
    Please check out with your luggage by 10 o’clock.
    Please note that if you do not check out in time, 2,000 yen will be charged as an additional charge.
  • I’d like to send my luggage in advance, can I do it?
  • If you wish to deliver your luggage, please make sure to send it to our Japaning Kyoto Information Center and contact us beforehand.
    Please notice that we are unable to accept any luggage at the hotel that is why we only receive them at our office. Thank you for your understanding.

  • There is no parking lot available, so please use your local coin parking.

    About the room

  • What amenities are there?
  • All facilities include bath towels, hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body soap and toothbrush.
    In addition, since the contents are slightly different depending on facilities, please check the details page of each facility.
  • Do you change the towels?
  • We will exchange the towel the next day if you contact us by the previous day.
  • In case of consecutive nights, is there room cleaning?
  • For guests booking for 4 nights or more, we will clean every 3 nights.

    About payment

  • How do I pay for it?
  • We will send you an online payment guide by e-mail one week before the staying date.
    Please settle the card payment from that mail.

  • Is cash payment possible on the day?
  • If you wish to pay by cash, please contact us in advance and please come to our office.
    Please note that cash payment on site is not accepted.
  • When will the cancellation fee occur?
  • Cancellation fee will be charged from 1 week prior to arrival.
    Also, please note that customers who booked with non-refundable plan will be subject to cancellation fee as soon as booking is done.
